Recently, Suzuki Motor Corporation has integrated TS299L, the easy installation hardware device from Meitrack, in its fleet management solution. The project makes vehicle management, safe driving monitoring and EV introduction become possible. The fleet management solution aims at automatic collection of real-time vehicle location information and driving data (such as driving behavior data of speeding and harsh acceleration/deceleration/braking) through TS299L, and automatically generating daily and monthly driving reports on the platform of Suzuki. Therefore, the efficiency of fleet management is expected to be greatly improved.

Meitrack TS299L is a plug-and-play vehicle GNSS tracker, which is equipped with a standard cigarette lighter interface. It is user-friendly for installation on any car including Suzuki, and supports remote OTA function. All these features significantly reduce the installation cost in terms of the entire fleet management solution. TS299L adopts the LTE Cat 1 standard widely supported by operators all over the world, and supports GPS+LBS+WiFi assisted positioning, WiFi hotspot, disconnect alert, Geo-fence, SOS button, etc.

“Suzuki Motor Corporation is not only the fourth largest automobile manufacturer in Japan, but also the third largest motorcycle player in the world. It is an honor for our vehicle tracker to stand out among many competitors, “said Vincent, the general manager of Meitrack Japan. Since its establishment in 2020, Meitrack Japan, a wholly owned subsidiary of Meitrack based in Tokyo, has reached strategic cooperation with some leading multinational enterprises, including Toyota Group and major telecom service providers in Japan. ” We believe that Meitrack will spare no effort to remain competitive in the telematics and IoT industries, and provide customers with superior and innovative products.”
